Our bulk corporate letterheads are printed on standard 8.5” x 11” paper. This is the norm for business correspondence in North America; it fits into standard envelopes, files, folders, and binders.
We do offer letterheads in other sizes, but those sizes are not eligible for this custom letterhead promotion.
We use standard 100 lb. white paper for our bulk corporate letterhead printing. This paper has a tactile feel and heavier weight for a higher quality product than typical white printer paper. The paper we use is carefully selected for sustainability and the ability to perform well with a wide range of home and office printers, whether they’re laser printers or inkjet.
Letterheads are only available with a standard matte finish. This ensures that your printing will not smear or smudge and that your letterheads will work with all types of printers.
Corporate letterheads have printing on one side only.
Use our online design tool or one of our downloadable templates to create your custom design. Simply download the template that fits your needs, use it to design your corporate letterhead in your preferred graphic design program, then upload the design to the EnvironPrint website before placing your order. If you don’t have a graphic designer on staff, a classic design with your business logo, contact information, and coordinating colors will make a great impression with your clients or customers.
When you use our design tools, you’ll see exactly how much blank space to leave in your design. Of course, because these are custom letterheads, you’re free to leave more or less space, depending on your needs. If you have a lot of text to add to your design, consider adding a border or spine column.
A standard letterhead design includes a business logo, address, phone number, email address, and website address. You may wish to include handles for your social media accounts and your company’s motto or tagline, if you have one. You can also choose to have a header only, both a header and a footer, a border, or a spine column. Add graphics, geometric elements, and other design flourishes for a more eye-catching design.
